Service Execution-:
-
- Ensure timely execution of AMCs as per the timelines agreed with the customers
- Responsible for attending customer complaint, execution of spares & service order.
- Understand requirement under AMC/Service order and plan for consumable/ spare items in advance
- Raise material requirement shall be raised to back-office team for attending customer complaint, execution of AMC order
- Pre-planning and proper communication with customer to ensure site readiness at customer end prior to site visit.
- For each customer complaint – Issue management sheet shall be maintained with corrective, preventive action, and root cause analysis wherever applicable to avoid recurrence of same in future /other site
- Ensure timely submission and tracking of service report submission and sign off
- Co-ordination with different stakeholders like application support team for resolution of site issues.
- Weekly site progress report in measurable form shall be submitted to reporting manager.
- Responsible for installation and commissioning of various systems supplied at site as per project requirement.
- Liaising with sub-contractors, vendors to accomplish site requirement
- Time management, budget management, quality of work as per KRA goals.
- Coordinate with all major stakeholders to ensure smooth service and site activities.
- Guide and manage the site team for timely execution of onsite activities
Customer Relationship Management-:
-
- Maintain continuous communication with all customers.
- Share the Complaint acknowledgment with customers and maintain the service report.
- Communication with customer for understanding technical requirement, site issues
- Coordinate with the customer legal team for all necessary onsite formalities including gate pass.
- Follow up with customer for service report sign off
- Exhibit proactive communication attitude with the customers on various service aspects.
- Proactively understand the customer requirements and offer the solution during service visit.
- Establish and maintain high confidence of customers in Iasys brand by exhibiting professional and expert service competence.
Service Quality-:
- Participate in Process improvement interventions.
- Collaborate with the system engineering to ensue high technical quality assistance to the customers.
- Suggest product quality improvement measures basis on site experience
